It is very easy to put your writing on the web. All you need is https://www.btbytes.com/template.html. Save this page to local disk, edit the HTML and upload the finished HTML file to a server, and you are done.
If you would rather not write HTML by hand, you can use a markdown -> html
converter like pandoc or comrak.
I do this using the following workflow.
- I use Sublime Text 3 for editing plain-text.
- I have a plugin called FilterPipes that allows me to pass the selected text through an external command like pandoc.
- I select the markdown text in the editor, select “FilterPipes: Send Text to HTML”
- Voila, the text is now in HTML
