X breaks how the web works. The web works on the principal of hyperlinks, and documents that can be followed from one to another by following the links.
Take this example thread about Calculator app that goes into some depth about the technical challenges associated with building a calculator app. However, if you are not logged into X for whatever reason, you will only see one tweet, and cannot read rest of the tweets in that thread. This is bad; for the user and the web.
My solution is that, if you like X for the reach, interaction, insert your reason, you should continue with it, but also put the same content somewhere else more permanent — like your own website.
