For an entry, there are four kind of times:
- when the entry was created — this is the machine time
- when the entry was published — when the post was made public
- when the event the entry is talking about actually happened, calendar. If we are talking about past events, the time, and sometime even the date might be approximate. However, tagging calendar time is useful in constructing a timeline.
- when the entry was retracted — when it was unpublished and made private again
