What CMS did you use to build this site?

I don't. This site is built using Python, rest2web, pygments and bonfire. This site is static in the sense that that there is no content management system which serves the pages. The content, written using reStructuredText is converted to HTML using rest2web. The pages do not use any tables for layout. Instead, I use the excellent Yahoo UI libraries.

I have used wordpress, textpattern and home grown CMSes in the past to run my blog. But I feel that for a professional website such as this, all the bells and whistles of a CMS are an overkill and may distract you from focussing on the content. Content is the most important thing in a professional website. The structure and layout of the information takes the second place. See my take on what makes a good professional website.
